Hold Harmless Agreement *

This is to acknowledge that I will be present and using a portion of the facilities belonging to the Santa Cruz County Fair & Rodeo Association (SCCFRA). SCCFRA reserves the right to cancel this agreement at any time. I agree to accept and assume all responsibilities and liability for the risks associated with my activity while on the fairgrounds property. I agree to hold harmless the Santa Cruz County Fair & Rodeo Association from any liability.

I agree that any dumping of black or grey water into our porta pots, standard toilets or on the property is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction.

I understand any pets left "at large" or in any way being a nuisance to guests, staff, or others will be grounds for dismissal

I understand any cooking with an open flame in a stall or near a barn is strictly prohibited.
