The specific purpose of this corporation is to receive, acquire, hold, manage, administer and expend property and funds for educational, charitable and public purposes, including but not limited to, providing funds for and preserving the Sonoita Fairgrounds property and buildings located at 3142 Hwy 83, Sonoita, AZ and for supporting events which take place at the Fairgrounds.
