Equine Instructor Agreement

I understand that in consideration for receipt of an Equine Instructor Membership I am responsible for the following. 1.Ensuring that all my students are members of the Santa Cruz County Fair and Rodeo Association(“SCCFRA”). 2. That both myself and my students have signed the SCCFRA Liability Release and if my students are minors that their parents have signed the Liability Release. 3.That upon arriving on the SCCFRA premises I am responsible for providing a list of the students I am working with to SCCFRA and confirming that they are members and have signed the SCCFRA Liability Release. If the SCCFRA office is unattended or closed, I will leave the list on the counter to the left of the office door.
